How to Get an Answer From Support, Not a Conversation

Support is the first place a dispute is settled, and usually the last. So this page is not about where the button is. It is about how to make contact in a way that leaves something behind afterwards — because the difference between two approaches is often larger than the difference between two operators. lonkero.biz is an independent portal: we cannot open, inspect or unblock any account, and every channel below belongs to the operator.

The channel decides what trace remains

ChannelWhen it fitsWhat trace it leaves
Live chatA simple question, a quick clarificationNone, unless you save the transcript yourself
Email or the account formAnything involving moneyA copy on both sides, with timestamps
The formal complaints procedureWhen the first two stop movingA case reference and a deadline

The rule is simple: anything touching money goes in writing. Starting in chat is fine, but whatever was agreed there has to be confirmed by email afterwards. An agent promised me in chat is not an argument later on.

What goes into one message

  1. One request. Several questions in one email produces an answer to one of them.
  2. Dates and numbers in the body rather than in an attachment: the request reference, the time, the amount.
  3. A short factual sequence with no adjectives — what happened, when, and what you expect.
  4. A specific ask at the end: to process it, to justify it, or to confirm it in writing.

When a decision goes against you, ask which clause it was based on. A general reference to the terms is not an explanation, and requesting the specific clause is both reasonable and the fastest way to find out whether one exists.

Questions you can usually answer without writing at all

A deposit that has not appeared is worth checking in your own bank or wallet history first — if it never left, the operator has nothing to find. A bonus that seems missing is often credited but held in the bonus balance with wagering outstanding, which is shown separately from the main balance. A rejected verification document is most often a photograph that has been cropped, edited or is unreadable at the corners; re-sending an unmodified image of the whole document resolves most of them. A forgotten password is handled by the reset link on the login page rather than by an agent.

If the answer stops arriving

Silence is itself a stage, and it has a next step. Ask explicitly for the operator's formal complaints procedure and for a case reference. From that point the matter is a documented case rather than a conversation, with a deadline attached. Where that too leads nowhere, what an external body can realistically do — and which one it is — is set out on the complaints page. Note one thing in advance: nobody can accelerate a payout for a fee. An offer to do so is a scam, not a service.

Keep the record as you go

Save the chat transcript before closing the window, because most chat clients do not keep it for you. Screenshot the transaction history rather than describing it. Note the exact date a document was requested and what exactly was asked for. Almost every dispute that goes anywhere turns on whether a timeline exists — and correspondence retold from memory carries no weight with any authority.

Customer support: which channel to choose

Most operators offer several ways to reach customer support: live chat on the site, email, and a help center with answers to common questions. The contact us page usually lists every channel, and 24/7 support matters most if you play late at night, when a stuck deposit cannot wait until morning.

Before opening a chat, have ready what the agent will ask for: the email the account is registered to, the transaction reference and the time the problem occurred. Chat answers a payment question faster; email is the right choice whenever documents have to be attached or the answer may need to be produced again later.
