Complaints and disputed situations

This page is the backbone of the site. Every other chapter points here, because a stalled payout, a voided win and an unanswered message all end at the same three questions: who do you write to, in what order, and with which evidence. What follows is that order — together with a plain statement of what no stage can promise you.

Assemble the timeline before you write anything

Disputes are won with dates. Before sending a single message, put the following into one place: the withdrawal request or ticket number, the date and time with your time zone, the amount, a screenshot of the account transaction history, a screenshot of the terms as they stood when you accepted them, and the whole correspondence so far. Copy any live-chat conversation out immediately — those windows empty.

Doing this first rather than later is not pedantry. Promotional pages are rewritten without notice, chat transcripts disappear and interfaces change. By the time an answer disappoints you, part of your evidence may already be gone.

Stage one: a written approach to the operator

Chat is useful for simple questions and poor for disputes, because it leaves nothing to cite. Use email or the account's official form, and hold to three rules: one request per message, dates and numbers in the body rather than only in attachments, and a specific closing ask — "please process" or "please state in writing which clause you are relying on".

Leave the frustration out. Not because it is unjustified, but because it invites a reply addressed to the feeling instead of the fact. If the answer is a general reference to the terms, repeat the question more narrowly and cite your first message by date.

Stage two: the operator's formal complaints procedure

A licensed operator sets out a complaints procedure in its terms. Point to it directly and ask for a case number. That number matters twice over: it places the matter on an internal record, and it gives you something whose existence can later be evidenced. Ask as well what deadline applies to the reply, and put that date in your calendar.

Once a case is open, keep everything in the same thread and quote the number. Starting a fresh conversation resets the timeline you have been building.

Stage three: outside the operator, and what that really means

This is where expectations run highest, so it deserves a blunt answer. Which external route exists depends entirely on where the operator is licensed and registered, and that is printed on the operator's own pages rather than assumed from a list of famous names. For that reason this page does not name a dispute scheme or a regulator for this brand: we have not been able to tie a published licence entry to this specific domain, and pointing you at the wrong authority would waste the one thing a complaint runs on, which is time.

What you can do instead is check first. Where a national authority publishes a register of licensed operators, look for the exact domain you opened, not the brand name — one company can run many domains and not all of them are necessarily covered. Where the operator is not on such a register, there is usually no authority to address your complaint to at all, and that is worth knowing before rather than after.

The disputes that recur

What this site cannot do

This is an independent reader's portal. It does not run a platform, hold anyone's money, keep player accounts or accept documents, and it cannot see a balance, a payment or a case. Nobody here can unblock an account, restore a voided bonus or move a withdrawal up a queue. Anyone offering to arrange any of that for a fee is running a scam — formal procedures start with your own submission and they are free.

What is genuinely on offer is the order of operations, the evidence each stage needs, and an honest line around what cannot be verified. Decisions about money belong to the operator and, where one exists, to the authority above it.

And one thing that is not a complaint

If what sits behind the dispute is really that play has stopped being under control, no procedure fixes that. Account limits and self-exclusion tools exist for exactly this and they work regardless of whether anything dramatic has happened yet; they are described on the limits and self-exclusion page.
