What I do here
I write this portal from one particular angle: what happens when something goes wrong for a player. A payout sits in review for a second week, verification asks for a document that looks out of place, support stops replying. It is not the most popular subject in this industry, but it is the one where verifiable sources actually exist — statute, public registers and the texts the authorities publish themselves. Almost everything else written about online casinos is either marketing or guesswork, and this site tries to stay on the side of the line where a claim can be checked.
Three rules these pages are written by
- Every number needs a source. If I cannot find one, I rewrite the sentence so the number is not needed, and say on the page that the figure has not been published.
- No experience here is invented. I do not write in the voice of players, and I do not stage testimonials. An editorial observation is labelled as an editorial observation.
- The portal does not impersonate an institution. We are not the operator, the regulator or anyone's representative, and each page says so where the two could be confused.
What I check before publishing
Regulatory statements about India go back to the text of the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act 2025 (Act No. 32 of 2025) and the MeitY notification that brought it into force on 1 May 2026. Game rules come from the rules panel inside the game, not from the lobby blurb that advertises it. Cashier limits and fees are read in the cashier. Where two sources say different things, both go on the page and I say which one is binding.
What I never write
- A licence number I cannot tie to the specific domain in front of me.
- Payout speed in hours, because it cannot be measured from outside the operator.
- A strategy that supposedly removes the house edge, because no such thing exists.
- A suggestion to play more because a promotion happens to look good.
Why the complaints angle
Most of the damage in this field happens after the game rather than during it. Someone does not know in what order to do things, has kept no record of anything, and arrives at the conclusion that nothing can be done. Very often quite a lot can be done — but only when the evidence exists and the approach is worded correctly. In practice this whole site is one long answer to that problem.
How a chapter gets here
Work always starts from a question rather than a topic. For instance: what is account verification entitled to ask for? From there I look for a public source — legislation, an authority's own page, the operator's published terms. If there is no source there is no chapter, and the subject waits until something checkable turns up. Several obvious topics are simply missing from this site for that reason, and the absence is deliberate.
When a source does exist, I write the chapter so that a reader can walk the same path unaided. That is why the texts are full of instructions like open this view, take a screenshot, write this number down. The value of a portal is not that the reader believes me, but that they do not have to.
Corrections
If you find an error, write to the contact address on the domain with a link to the page and a note of what is wrong. Factual errors are corrected and the correction is marked on the page. If your own experience differs from what I wrote, that is useful information to me — but I will not publish it as a reader's story, because I cannot verify it, and an invented account on this site would be worse than silence.
Responsible gambling
Gambling is entertainment, not income, and everything published here is written for adults of 18 and over. Where a page touches money or losses it points to deposit limits, reality checks and the self-exclusion route rather than to another promotion. Free, confidential help and the national restriction register are both described on the responsible gambling page.
